List of previously asked questions:

• What are the limits of appable characters assuming we do want to app an existing Etrian Odyssey character (NPC)? Or is anyone who isn't already a Labyrinthian NPC fair game?


• For the classes with animal ears, do characters get those ears too if they become that class?


• Will oversized or undersized characters be adjusted to an ordinary human size range?
  
  Will significantly nonhumanoid characters (talking animals, etc.) be humanized?
  
  Will characters who are approximately humanoid but have anatomical differences that grant them different mundane physical abilities retain those abilities, or will they be limited to strictly human ability?


• Can characters bring multiple animal companions and switch them before entering the labyrinth as a companion for the Rover Class?


• ...how exactly do they know what skills they have? Is it like a menu or just innate knowledge?


• ...would a WoW MMO character (like the ones you create) count as an OC? I know some folks count them as fandom OCs, hence my curiosity.


• Hypothetically, if these two gremlins didn't believe the NPC's were real and wanted to test their reactions to say, getting a pebble thrown at them (just to hit, not to hurt), what would be their reaction?

Question from here

A couple of questions re: pets, and the rover class.

Marnie is a pokemon trainer, and I'd likely be taking her from the end of sword and shield-so she has a full team. Morpeko is the only pokemon she absolutely needs to bring, but I was wondering if she could bring more than one? And, if so, could she switch which is her Rover companion between them while not in the labyrinth (or while within, but I assume that one's definitely a no-go.)

Mod Answer:

It would be fine for her to bring in more than one and she can definitely switch between them while not in the labyrinth! But yes, switching within the labyrinth is a no-go and the rest of the team who is not currently acting as her companion are subject to the usual restrictions (i.e. not being able to leave the town).
